Brief Introduction of Dry Ice Cleaning Machine
A dry ice cleaning machine is an eco-friendly industrial equipment that utilizes dry ice pellets as the cleaning medium, accelerating and spraying them via high-pressure compressed air to clean surfaces. Dry ice pellets are solid carbon dioxid produced by a dry ice pellet maker machine, characterized by high density and an extremely low temperature of -78℃, which provides powerful cooling and freezing effects. Under normal temperature and pressure, dry ice sublimates directly from a solid to a gas without passing through the liquid phase, leaving behind no liquid residue or moisture.
Dry ice cleaner machines combine the mechanisms of physical impact, cryogenic embrittlement, and instantaneous sublimation to efficiently remove contaminants such as grease, carbon deposits, adhesive residues, and dust from surfaces. Upon contact with the soiled surface, the -78℃ dry ice causes embrittlement and micro-explosions, shrinking and loosening the dirt; subsequently, the dry ice instantly gasifies and expands 800-fold, generating a powerful stripping force that rapidly detaches the dirt from the surface, thereby achieving fast, efficient, safe, and energy-saving cleaning results.
